B) Return & Exchange Policy:
How to proceed for return/ exchange
- Check if your item is eligible for return/exchange. Items sold through special offers/ sales are not eligible for return/ exchange/ refund
- The product should be unused/unworn
- The original packaging with tags, manuals, packaging should be intact (not torn or ripped)
- The proof of purchase to be sent along receipt/ invoice
- The promotional item/gift (if any) sent with the product to be returned as well
- Email at support@coachravinder.com within 3 days of receiving your item.
- Please mention your order number in the email, and state the issue.
- Please mail and Add photographs of the issue, to best highlight the problem.
C) Refunds
Refunds are made only if
- The Item was received in a defective/ damaged condition
- Wrong item delivered
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping charges for return/ exchange
- For defective/damaged/wrong items we will ship back the item at no cost to you.
- For size exchange you are required to ship the item to us with charges borne by you.
- The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Caution
- Cancellation without reason by the customer will also incur 5% cancellation fee.
- A product may vary slightly in colour from the image shown on the website.
