Q How ordering online works?
A. Select the Category of your choice and select the item of your choice. You will have options to choose colour and size and once you have decided to buy the item, add that to the cart mentioning your required quantity. Recheck the quantities and amounts of chosen items. Check out for billing.
Q Can I choose a different shipping address, other than mine?
A Yes, you can. You have an option to choose whether your billing and shipping address will be the same or different.
Q Are delivery costs included in the product price?
A No, courier charges are not included in the product price. Courier charges may vary, depending on the product volume, weight, delivery address. Do check charges before proceeding to make payment.
Q How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
A An acknowledgement by email or SMS or both is sent on ordering successfully. You will get relevant details in this email and confirmation of order placed. Save this mail or information safely for tracking or raising further queries about the order placed. You will be able to track your order.
Q I did not receive a confirmation mail
A Write to support@coachravinder.com If you don’t receive an acknowledgement email which is generated and sent automatically once an order has been successfully placed. You may need to check your mailbox as it may be treating this system generated email as spam or junk mail. You may also need to ensure that all of the details entered are correct, please pay particular attention to your payment card details, email address and delivery addresses.
Q Ordered item went out of stock after placing order. Why was it on the website?
A This is rare to happen, if an item is showing on our website. However, during busy periods like festive seasons you may experience an unexpected delay in despatch or out of stock situation. If this is the case, we will offer an alternate option to buy another item of your choice or simply process your refund.
Q How long will my order take to be processed?
A. The orders are normally processed faster than the committed timeline. To be on safer side our delivery time is 7-10 working days.
Q How do I select the correct size? I have had size issues while buying online.
A. Once you select an item, next is to select the size, the size chart will appear in the pop-up window which will also have instructions on how to choose the right size. The size selection information is also available on the website under the tab Size Chart

How to measure:
To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:
Use one of your favourite fitting tee/ shorts/ jersey/ jacket/ lower, lay it flat on bed or similar flat surface
Measure across the chest (just under the armpit, where the sleeve meets the jersey body)- this will be your “chest size”.
Match it up to “product measurements” on “our size chart” and you’re good to go!
